Dr. Chang is passionate about helping his patients restore confidence with dentistry. He enjoys improving smiles through the use of implants, veneers, crowns, bonding, Invisalign and more. Dr. Chang has taken thousands of hours of, and continues to take Continuing Education focusing on full mouth reconstruction, cosmetic dentistry, and implantology. As an NYU college and dental school graduate, Dr. Chang remains impartial during football and baseball seasons. However, being born in Salt Lake City, Dr. Chang is still a loyal fan of the Utah Jazz, and as a South Korean, the South Korean national soccer team!

Education & Background

Dr. Chang received his BA in biology from NYU and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry. He also received advanced training in Cosmetic Dentistry with Dr. Calamia and Digital Smile Design with Dr. Coachman. Dr. Chang completed additional training at Bronx-Lebanon General Practice Residency and is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.

IV Sedation Dentistry

Dr. Chang received his Sedation training at St. Joseph’s and is a licensed provider of Moderate IV Sedation in New Jersey. Dr. Chang provides IV sedations for surgical procedures such as Wisdom Teeth Removal, All-On-4 Implants, as well as for any other general dental procedures for patients with dental anxiety. Dr. Chang is an active member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.

Implant Dentistry

Dr. Chang has traveled the world to learn the most advanced techniques in Implant Dentistry and continues to do so every year. Dr. Chang provides Immediate Implants, Bone Grafts, Sinus Grafts, Tissue Grafts, All-On-4 Implants, Pterygoid and Zygoma Implants. Dr. Chang is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Invisalign, Digital Smile Design, and Cosmetic Dentistry

Dr. Chang incorporates his experience in Invisalign, Digital Smile Design, and Cosmetic Dentistry with every case to give patients the beautiful smile they deserve. Dr. Chang is a certified provider of Invisalign and a Gold Invisalign Provider and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Chang and his wife Dr. Kim have been privileged to serve underserved communities of Nicaragua and Mexico on multiple dental mission trips since their dental school days. Dr. Chang shares his knowledge and passion for dentistry by teaching residents at Englewood Health’s Dental Residency Program. When away from the office, Dr. Chang enjoys spending time with his wife and his son, and taking part in hobbies including photography, playing guitar, tennis, and cycling.
